Mexico 70% Chiltepin Pepper and Whiskey Sea Salt

Also known as "Almendra Blanca" or "White Almond" in Spanish, the cacao we use for this bar is distinctly light in color.

The end result is an almost milk chocolate-like appearance with a smooth and mellow flavor, even at a 70% cacao concentration. The Chiltepin pepper and whiskey-infused sea salt inclusions add a touch of heat and smoky notes to complement the natural flavor notes of cream and the sweetness of the chocolate.

The cacao for this bar is made with single-variety cacao. This means the cacao is not just grown in the same region in Southern Mexico, but also has been expertly cultivated to have the same genetic variety.
