Thank you for shopping at Tucson Chocolate Factory! We handcraft every bonbon, bar, and truffle fresh to order, which means they’re perishable food items. For everyone’s health and safety, we cannot accept returns or resell any opened or used chocolate.

No Returns on Perishable Items

  • All chocolate bonbons, truffles, bars, drinking chocolate, and food gifts are final sale and non-returnable.
  • This includes tasting boxes, gift sets, corporate orders, and wholesale items.

Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Orders

We guarantee perfect arrival

If anything arrives damaged, melted, or wrong, simply:

  1. Take a quick photo of the issue
  2. Email us at hello@tucsonchocolatefactory.com within 24 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll replace the affected items free of charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer

No return shipping required. We’ll send replacements via express

Unmelted Guarantee

  • Every order ships in insulated boxes with ice packs and thermal liners
  • If chocolate arrives melted due to carrier delay or extreme heat, send a photo within 24 hours → free replacement shipped immediately
  • Zero hassle. We stand behind every prickly pear bonbon and mezcal caramel.

Non-Perishable Items

  • Gift cards, tote bags, t-shirts, and merchandise: returnable within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused with tags attached
  • Customer pays return shipping

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement
