Mexico 70% Dark Chocolate
We are proud to announce our Mexico 70% Dark Chocolate Bar has won a silver world medal at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards.
Also known as "Almendra Blanca" or "White Almond" in Spanish, the cacao we use for this bar is distinctly light in color.
The end result is an almost milk chocolate-like appearance with a smooth and mellow flavor, even at a 70% cacao concentration. This bar has won a silver medal at the International Chocolate Awards in 2025.
The cacao for this bar is made with single-variety cacao. This means the cacao is not just grown in the same region in Southern Mexico, but also has been expertly cultivated to have the same genetic variety.
