Mexico 59% "Cafecito" Dark Chocolate Bar

We are proud to announce our Cafecito 59% Dark Chocolate Bar has won a bronze world medal at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards.

The cacao for this bar is single-variety cacao. This means the cacao is not just grown in the same region in the Southern Mexican state of Chiapas, but has been expertly cultivated to have the same genetic variety.

In addition to the cacao, we have blended in award-winning, single-origin Mexican coffee beans also from Chiapas to create a mocha flavor profile along with a sprinkle of Sonoran sea salt. This bar is Mexican in origin through and through.

We call this one "Cafecito" or Spanish for "A cup of coffee."

The end result is a delicate dark chocolate bar with with a touch of natural fruitiness and an infusion of coffee at a 59% cacao concentration. We are proud to announce this bar has won a bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards in 2025.
