We are proud to announce our Bolivia 70% Dark Chocolate Bar has won a bronze world medal at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards.
The cacao used for this bar comes from the farms of Felix Paredes in the Alto Beni region of Bolivia. The beans were harvested and sold as part of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation (HCP) 10th anniversary celebration.
Flavor Profile: Cherry, dates, notes of mild green fruit.
