We are proud to announce that our Alto Beni 70% Dark Chocolate Bar is Tucson Chocolate Factory's most awarded chocolate bar, having earned four International Chocolate Awards medals across three consecutive years. These honors include a prestigious bronze medal at the 2025 World Final, silver medals at the 2024 and 2025 USA & Canada competitions, and a bronze medal at the 2026 USA competition.

Crafted from single-origin cacao grown in the lush Alto Beni region of Bolivia, this bar showcases the exceptional quality and distinctive flavor characteristics of Bolivian cacao.

The cacao used for this chocolate comes from the farm of Félix Paredes, a dedicated cacao grower whose beans were selected and offered as part of the 10th anniversary celebration of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation (HCP) initiative. This program recognizes and helps preserve exceptional cacao varieties valued for their unique genetics, flavor, and agricultural heritage.

Carefully roasted and crafted at our factory in Tucson, Arizona, these remarkable beans are transformed into a beautifully balanced 70% dark chocolate. The result is a complex yet approachable chocolate with notes of ripe cherry, rich dates, and delicate hints of green fruit.
